Way back in June, which feels like ages ago, I was lucky enough to lead some workshops and give a talk at the ITX Corp. Product & Design Conference. And, as luck would have it, they invited me to record a live episode for their Product Momentum podcast while I was in town.
We spoke about the biggest challenge I believe we face in our day-to-day work, the human challenge. We work with others who share different perspectives, beliefs, and processes. There's a limit to how much we can accomplish and the sense that we have made progress when we're working alone. And, we can't really talk about any of this without talking about power.

It was really comforting and new to record a conversation like this while being able to see eyes, smiles, nods, and appreciation across the room.
